Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd in Hobart, Australia seeks a Systems Analyst – Siebel Designer to provide business and systems analysis for Siebel CRM and related systems, collaborating with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to deliver design and enhancements.

The role covers requirements analysis, functional design, build support, testing, and post-release activities across complex ICT environments, with emphasis on strong communication, SFIA Level 4, and proven Siebel CRM experience

Qualifications

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across business, policy, project and technical teams.
Minimum SFIA Level 4 and ICT qualification are required.

Responsibilities

Partner with business analysts and staff to determine business requirements.
Negotiate scope within technical and resourcing limits.
Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present designs.
Collaborate with architects, UX, product design assurance and developers to ensure feasible designs.
Develop detailed functional design specifications, user stories and diagrams.
Review colleagues' designs and perform confidence checks on functionality.
Coordinate implementation of solution designs with stakeholders.
Analyze and resolve design issues during development and post go-live.
Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers.
