Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd in Adelaide seeks a Systems Analyst - Siebel Designer to provide specialist business and systems analysis for the Siebel CRM platform in aged care digital services. You will collaborate with business, policy, project and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop fit-for-purpose designs.

Operating within a complex ICT environment, you will manage requirements, functional design, build support, testing and post-release activities, ensuring system stability

Qualifications

• Minimum SFIA Level 4
• 3-5+ years' experience in IT systems analysis and design
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in ICT
• Experience with Australian Government projects (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Determine business requirements with department staff and external agencies
• Negotiate scope within technical and resourcing limits
• Plan and facilitate workshops with business and external stakeholders
• Work with architects, UX designers, product design assurance and developers on feasible designs
• Develop and document detailed functional design specifications and user stories
• Peer review design deliverables and conduct confidence checks of built functionality
• Coordinate implementation of solution designs with stakeholders
• Analyse and resolve design issues raised during development and post go-live
• Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers
