The ACT Courts and Tribunal (SCTCT) seeks a Senior Team Leader to join the Sheriff's Office and lead a small team delivering critical operational and enforcement services supporting the administration of justice across the ACT Courts and Tribunal.

You will oversee Sheriff's Assistants, provide leadership, interact with judicial officers, legal practitioners, court staff and government agencies, exercise statutory powers as a Deputy Sheriff, and contribute to policy and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience working in client facing or customer service roles is desirable.
• Driver's licence Class C is essential.
• National Criminal History Check may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of Sheriff's Assistants and oversee operational priorities.
• Provide leadership and support to staff, working with judicial officers, legal practitioners and court staff.
• Exercise statutory powers as a Deputy Sheriff and contribute to policy and service improvements.
• Commitment to customer service; handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
