Job summary

TechClick is seeking a Principal Consultant to translate complex client problems into Microsoft 365 solutions with deep SharePoint and Purview specialization. You will own engagements from discovery to adoption, shaping service offerings and raising technical standards.

Expect to balance ~70% billable work with time for pre-sales, capability building and mentoring. You will collaborate with top Microsoft partners across Australia and New Zealand on modern work, AI and data governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in IT consulting or enterprise IT, with focus on Microsoft 365 and leading engagements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design, delivery quality and risk for engagements.
• Design and deliver SharePoint Online architectures, including site structures, metadata and governance.
• Lead Purview capabilities deployment: sensitivity labels, DLP, retention and records management.
• Mentor consultants, support pre-sales with capability building and credible client conversations.
