Job summary

The Australian Digital Health Agency requires three Senior ServiceNow Developers to provide expert technical ServiceNow administration support for the Agency's ServiceNow platform.

The roles will develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HR products, SPM, and platform security, while leading the ServiceNow team to deliver safe, compliant, and user-friendly services.

Qualifications

• Extensive ServiceNow development experience with lifecycle ownership.
• Experience across ITSM, ITOM, HR, SPM, and security modules with SDLC knowledge.
• Strong problem analysis, root-cause diagnosis and incident handling.
• Ability to guide diverse stakeholders and provide governance and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including triage and defect fixing.
• Implement platform upgrades, releases, patches and hot fixes following SDLC best practices.
• Build and support design, integration and automation of ServiceNow features.
• Provide training and proactive technical support across administration and maintenance.
