Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Engineer to lead delivery and continuous improvement of ITOM capabilities. You will influence technology teams to enhance operational visibility, resilience and automation across Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB and Event Management.

You will work with developers, cloud engineers, infrastructure teams and partners to drive meaningful change, lead complex platform initiatives and shape ITOM strategy across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow ITOM experience (5+ years).
• Strong CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management expertise.
• Experience leading complex ITOM initiatives and platform uplift programs.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies including Windows, Linux, networking and public cloud environments.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, integrations and MID Server configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic ServiceNow ITOM initiatives, including Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management uplift programs.
• Design and implement complex Discovery patterns, Service Mapping models and integrations across hybrid cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Drive CMDB maturity, data quality and governance, ensuring it becomes a trusted source of truth across Technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration and discovery issues.
• Develop and optimise automation, workflows and integrations using JavaScript, REST APIs and MID Servers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to cloud, infrastructure, security and architecture teams on ITOM capabilities and best practice.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, operational visibility and automation.
• Contribute to ServiceNow roadmap initiatives, platform standards and technical best practices across the organisation.
