Job summary

Rio Tinto is seeking a Senior Adviser Service Delivery to enable reliable, scalable technology services across RTAL Pacific mining, refining and smelting operations. You will translate business priorities into technology outcomes and ensure performance of critical infrastructure including server compute, WAN/LAN, digital radio, LTE and satellite networks.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety of yourself and team.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across complex operational environments.
• Experience supporting technology infrastructure or service delivery in safety‑critical industries.
• Experience across networks, telecommunications, server infrastructure, LTE, digital radio or related OT.
• Knowledge of service management, incident/problem, SLA and demand management; ITIL knowledge is valued.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships across RTAL operations and act as IS&T contact for assigned areas.
• Translate priorities into a technology demand pipeline and guide requests through processes.
• Connect business challenges with architecture, engineering and technology teams for practical solutions.
• Monitor service performance across server and network infrastructure with transparent risks and costs.
• Coordinate with site support, central technology, vendors and MSPs to enable delivery.
• Drive governance via dashboards, KPIs, reviews and risk assessments for continuous improvement.
• Support strategic technology planning for the next 3–5 years with operational leaders.
