Temple & Webster is seeking a Senior Manager - SEO & GEO to lead our organic visibility, traffic, and revenue growth across traditional and AI-powered search. This hands-on role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Content, Category, PR and Media teams to embed search requirements into core technology and customer experience.

You will own the multi-year SEO/GEO roadmap, drive technical fixes, site architecture, and content signals to increase performance in Australia’s leading online

Qualifications

• Proven Search Leadership: Strong track record in SEO, organic growth, or search strategy within high-traffic e-commerce environments.
• Technical & GEO Expertise: Deep command of technical SEO, site architecture, and emerging AI/generative search trends.
• Commercial Acumen: Analytical mindset able to connect search data to traffic, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to deliver technical and editorial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• SEO & GEO Strategy: Lead organic growth across search engines and AI platforms, championing SEO/GEO internally and managing external tech/agency partners.
• Opportunity Identification: Analyse search demand, rankings, and commercial performance to build a prioritised growth pipeline across key categories.
• Content & Authority: Partner with Content, Category, and PR teams to deliver high-utility content and digital PR signals that build brand authority.
• Technical Search: Work with Product and Engineering to optimise site architecture, crawling, indexation, structured data, and Core Web Vitals for search and AI.
• Commercial Performance: Track and report on visibility, traffic, acquisition, and revenue outcomes.
