Job summary

Temple & Webster, Australia’s leading online furniture retailer, seeks a Senior Manager - SEO & GEO to own end-to-end SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation strategy. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Content, PR and Media to maximise organic visibility and revenue across traditional search and AI platforms.

This hands-on role shapes multi-year roadmaps, drives technical fixes, content structure and site architecture to deliver growth in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in SEO or search strategy for high-traffic ecommerce.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, site architecture and AI search trends.
• Analytical mindset linking search data to traffic and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO and GEO strategy across platforms and partners.
• Identify growth opportunities from search demand and rankings.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, PR to build authority.
• Work with Product/Engineering on site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
• Track visibility, traffic, and revenue outcomes.
