Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Professional Services Consultant in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The role focuses on delivering professional services engagements, providing security consultancy to major customers, and deploying high-end Check Point products in complex networks.

The candidate will perform Technical Account Management duties, develop MOPs/LLDs, and support training/workshops as needed, with strong emphasis on collaboration across sales, R&D, and TAC teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in IP-based networks, design and security products.
• Strong TCP/IP and cyber security knowledge.
• Experience with Check Point GAIA and deploying high-end products.
• Experience across Windows and Linux environments.
• CCSA/CCSE; CCSM/CCME preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PS engagements per Check Point PS standards.
• Provide security consultancy to major customers.
• Implement Check Point high-end products in complex networks.
• Perform Technical Account Management for key accounts.
• Create and deliver MOPs and LLDs as required.
• Develop test plans and validate new features pre-production.
• Troubleshoot Check Point products as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, TAC and other teams for customer satisfaction.
• Act in the best interest of the company.
