Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Sales Specialist Manager (Secure Networking) based in Sydney to drive growth across BT’s Secure Networking portfolio in ANZ. You will engage in secure networking transformation conversations, lead a small sales/engineering team, and collaborate with regional and global product leadership on strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of enterprise connectivity and secure network architecture.
Ability to explain SD-WAN, SSE and SASE working together and trade-offs.
Experience leading a sales/engineering team and mentoring colleagues.
Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into customer outcomes such as resilience and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

Qualify and sell BT’s Secure Networking portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
Lead and coach a small team of network and security sales specialists and engineers.
Collaborate with local/regional sales teams and global product leadership on sales strategies.
Lead solution strategies combining BT’s network capability with partner ecosystem.
Position commercially viable customer propositions balancing cost, integration and ownership.
