Job summary

GLiNTECH - a Valiantys company is seeking a Principal SDLC Transformation Consultant to join our Transformation Consulting team. You will lead complex transformation engagements, shape offerings, and ensure delivery excellence across DevOps, AI and software delivery transformation.

You will collaborate with Sales, manage engagements end-to-end, mentor teams, and drive commercial outcomes while aligning with security and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
• 8+ years consulting experience in SDLC, DevEx, DevOps or technology transformation.
• Proven advisory, delivery, presales and business development experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and executive communication.
• Full-time work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SDLC transformation engagements from assessment to measurable outcomes.
• Balance billable delivery with presales and practice development responsibilities.
• Define new offerings, methodologies, playbooks and reusable assets.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and act as strategic advisor.
• Mentor consultants and raise capability across the consulting team.
• Use software delivery benchmarks to diagnose friction and ROI.
• Design improvements across engineering workflows and tooling.
• Apply AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Facilitate workshops translating challenges into practical roadmaps.
• Define objectives, governance and ensure alignment with security and enterprise architecture.
• Guide clients through capability development and organisational change.
• Partner with Sales through opportunity lifecycle and account growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and revenue.
