Job summary

Tech Aalto is seeking a Principal AI Consultant / AI Architect to drive enterprise AI transformation for a leading banking client. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on AI delivery, engaging with CXOs to define ROI and AI roadmaps.

You will architect scalable AI platforms using LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs, mentor engineering teams, and ensure governance and Responsible AI compliance while delivering measurable business outcomes across functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture experience.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business value with AI initiatives.
• Strong consulting mindset and ability to engage senior executives.
• Experience designing AI strategy, ROI, and transformation roadmaps.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI architectures.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and Responsible AI.
• Leadership of AI programs from strategy to implementation.
• Strong software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives for banking and financial services clients.
• Engage CXOs and stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Architect scalable AI platforms leveraging LLMs, RAG, and knowledge graphs.
• Drive AI strategy, roadmaps, and adoption across functions.
• Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Build AI solution proposals, run client workshops, and contribute to GTM initiatives.
• Present AI capabilities and ROI to executive stakeholders.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish AI engineering best practices.
• Ensure governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
