Job summary

GLiNTECH - a Valiantys company is seeking an Atlassian Consultant in Australia to deliver end-to-end Atlassian Cloud migrations and transformation projects. You will design tailored solutions across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Rovo, translating business needs into practical roadmaps and go-live plans.

You will collaborate with clients to provide strategic guidance, manage risks, and support the full consulting lifecycle from discovery through adoption, while expanding

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise technology, cloud migration or digital transformation projects.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on exposure to Atlassian Rovo or AI-enabled technologies.
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable approach with ability to manage competing priorities and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Atlassian Cloud migration and transformation projects.
• Design and implement tailored solutions across Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management and Rovo.
• Translate business and technical requirements into practical delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Deliver projects within scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards while managing risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile and hybrid delivery practices, including sprint planning and release coordination.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, providing strategic and technical guidance throughout the transformation journey.
• Support the full consulting lifecycle from discovery to implementation and user adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams on pre-sales activities and delivery planning.
