GLiNTECH, a Valiantys company, is seeking a Principal SDLC Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end transformation engagements from assessment through implementation with measurable outcomes. You will shape offerings across DevOps, AI and software delivery transformation, mentor consultants, and partner with Sales to drive commercial outcomes while aligning with security and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

Strong technical depth across CI/CD, branching and developer tooling.
Understanding of software delivery performance measures to build roadmaps.
Excellent stakeholder-management and executive communication skills.
Proven ability to lead complex engagements and influence C-suite stakeholders.
Experience turning consulting work into repeatable offerings and IP.
Knowledge of AI-powered development tools in client environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SDLC transformation engagements from assessment to measurable outcomes.
Balance billable delivery with presales and practice-development responsibilities.
Define offerings, playbooks and reusable assets for SDLC transformation.
Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders as a strategic advisor on software delivery modernization.
Mentor consultants and raise capability across the Consulting team.
Apply AI tools and automation to improve productivity and delivery performance.
Facilitate executive and technical workshops to create practical roadmaps.
Ensure solutions align with security, compliance and enterprise architecture.
