Job summary
Schneider Electric in Adelaide seeks a Senior Scrum Master II to empower high-performing teams across Product Design & Compliance. You will coach teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Management, strengthening Agile practices and improving delivery predictability across development programs.
The role requires proven Scrum Master experience, deep knowledge of Agile, and ability to remove impediments while managing risks and dependencies.
Qualifications
- Experience as Scrum Master or Agile lead in complex delivery environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Experience coaching cross-functional teams in engineering/manufacturing contexts.
- Proven ability to remove impediments and manage delivery risks.
Responsibilities
- Lead key Agile ceremonies and strengthen Scrum practices.
- Coach teams and Product Owners to improve Agile maturity.
- Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies and priorities.
- Support release planning and key product development milestones.
- Use Agile metrics to improve visibility and delivery predictability.
- Drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
