Job summary

Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to advance digital delivery across the Commission’s programs. You will promote Scrum, support high-performing teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile delivery principles and Scrum framework.
• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and team workshops.
• Strong coaching to grow Agile maturity across teams.
• Identify delivery risks, resolve impediments, and promote resolution of conflicts.
• Builds strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across business and technology.
• Communicates complex delivery concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Applies servant leadership to empower teams and drive high performance.
• Demonstrates adaptability in dynamic delivery environments.
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills with focus on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify, manage, and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery outcomes.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives through retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure transparency of delivery progress and risks.
• Contribute to delivery governance activities and reporting for leadership stakeholders.
