Job summary

Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Digital Delivery Team. You will promote Scrum, enable high-performing, self-managing teams, and remove delivery impediments to ensure timely, high-quality digital products and services.

You will work closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and governance groups to improve team effectiveness and foster continuous improvement, aligning outcomes with the Commission's strategic priorities and safety

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of Agile delivery principles and Scrum framework.
Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and team workshops.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to grow Agile maturity across teams.
Identify delivery risks, resolve impediments, and enable conflict resolution.
Builds collaborative relationships across business and technology areas.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and remove impediments affecting team performance and delivery outcomes.
Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure transparency of delivery progress and risks.
Contribute to reporting and governance for leadership stakeholders.
