Qualifications

Senior Scrum Master with experience in complex technology environments.
Experience in Insurance, Banking or regulated financial services is preferred.
Proven Agile coaching, facilitation and continuous improvement capability.
Experience managing backlogs, priorities, dependencies and cross-team delivery.
Ability to develop practical roadmaps and collaborate with business and tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coach squads in Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate ceremonies.
Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritisation and delivery planning.
Remove impediments, manage dependencies and coordinate delivery across teams.
Develop high-level roadmaps and build strong partnerships across business, product and technology.
Shape initiatives and prepare work ahead of execution teams.
Clarify business needs, test viability and define success measures.
Establish effective discovery, prioritisation and handover processes.
Support squads delivering customer and product growth initiatives.
