Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior Scrum Master with experience in complex technology environments.
• Experience in Insurance, Banking or regulated financial services is preferred.
• Proven Agile coaching, facilitation and continuous improvement capability.
• Experience managing backlogs, priorities, dependencies and cross-team delivery.
• Ability to develop practical roadmaps and collaborate with business and tech stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior Scrum Master within complex technology environments.
• Preferred Insurance, Banking or regulated financial services experience.
• Demonstrated Agile coaching, facilitation and continuous improvement capability.
• Experience managing backlogs, priorities, dependencies and cross-team delivery.
• Confidence working with business and technical stakeholders and challenging decisions constructively.
• Ability to develop practical roadmaps and work within a hybrid Agile environment.
• Strong judgement, resilience and adaptability when managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Exposure to insurance pricing, finance systems, customer products or complex integrations.
• Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master or SAFe certification.
