Canberra Grammar School is seeking an engaging Assistant Director of Student Development to strengthen our Senior School’s House-based pastoral system and support students to feel known, supported and connected.

Working collaboratively, you will focus on student behaviour, attendance, engagement and belonging, guiding colleagues through sensitive matters and ensuring timely follow-up and action.

Qualificações

• Experience caring for students in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of House-based pastoral care and belonging.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with sound judgement and discretion.
• Experience leading teams and guiding colleagues through complex student matters.
• Strong communication with students, families and colleagues.
• Ability to coordinate meetings, actions and records with accuracy.
