Job summary

Canberra Grammar School is seeking a Resident Supervisor to join the Boarding House team, supporting welfare, personal development and pastoral care for boarders from Years 7–12. The role is a live-in position on campus with shared accommodation and rosters that include after-hours and weekends.

You will be part of CGS's boarding community, with a focus on safety, communication with parents, and a positive role model for students.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a school setting is desirable.
• Previous boarding supervision experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support welfare, personal development and pastoral care for boarders.
• Work with students from Years 7–12 and assist parents through term times.
• Follow a duty roster including after-hours and weekend shifts, with potential overnights.
• Live in provided accommodation on campus and maintain professional conduct.
