Responsibilities

• Provide strategic academic leadership for Years 7–12.
• Translate strategy into a cohesive student experience across wellbeing, learning and pathways.
• Lead middle leadership development and staff mentoring to improve outcomes.
• Oversee Senior School operations, budgeting, compliance and student welfare.
