Job summary

The Scots College in NSW seeks a Senior School Administrator to expertly coordinate curriculum and academic administration systems. You will ensure data integrity, manage complex scheduling, and oversee NESA and college compliance to support accurate academic services.

You will liaise with academic leadership and teaching staff, ensuring efficient workflows and timely reporting while maintaining compliance and high professional standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Year 12 HSC, Year 11 Preliminary and Year 10 Stage 5 grades data entry and validation.
  • Coordinate NAPLAN and National Standards administration; maintain audit docs.
  • Lead creation and publication of term markbooks for student dashboards.
  • Oversee end-to-end production and QA of academic reports Years 7–12.
  • Coordinate Parent-Teacher Interviews and exam blocks; resolve rooming issues.

Job Description

The Senior School Administrator plays a vital role in providing professional coordination and management of the Senior School’s curriculum and academic administration systems. You will ensure the integrity of student data, manage complex scheduling logistics, and oversee NESA and College compliance to support the seamless operational delivery of academic services. Working collaboratively as a central administrative liaison, you will facilitate effective communication and workflow between academic leadership and teaching staff.

You have a proven ability to navigate complex logistical \"puzzles\" in scheduling and resource allocation with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.

You bring high-level written and verbal communication skills for professional liaison with academic leadership and the parent community.

You hold a current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) clearance.

You manage the logistical framework for Parent-Teacher Interviews and formal examination blocks.

You provide daily operational support by resolving rooming issues and classroom needs as required.

You maintain the College’s standing with regulatory bodies through meticulous oversight of HSC and NAPLAN administrative requirements.
