Job summary

ASC is recruiting for a Project Scheduler – Senior Scheduler to join the Osborne, SA team. The role involves delivering expert scheduling administration across the project lifecycle to support the SSN AUKUS Build program, ensuring alignment with resources, budgets and milestones.<\/p>

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in complex project planning, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with PM principles; clearance requirements apply, with a focus on timely, safe delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated project planning and scheduling experience within a complex project environment.
• Proven experience as a Scheduler in a complex project environment including production or maintenance planning and large volume schedules.
• Intermediate-level Excel skills, especially in handling and transforming data.
• Understanding of project management principles and lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, plan and schedule program activities.
• Document the sequence of works, relationships, durations and resource requirements.
• Develop project schedules including identification and verification of critical path.
• Monitor and control activities through planning and execution.
• Update activity information and status from various sources.
• Re-schedule activities in consultation with stakeholders.
• Communicate trends to the Project Manager and Project Team.
• Provide detailed schedule analysis for stakeholders.
