Job summary

ASC Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support submarine maintenance programs, reporting to the Principal Scheduler. The role will involve planning, sequencing and maintaining schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of complex maintenance activities.

Based in Osborne, SA or Henderson, WA, the role requires 3+ years scheduling experience in defence or heavy engineering, with Primavera and Excel proficiency. Power BI is highly desirable and clearance requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling and project planning experience in large complex projects.
• Experience with Primavera or similar scheduling software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling in complex environments.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management in a program/project setting.
• Knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
• Able to work across multiple stakeholders and drive scheduling actions.
• Strong analytical skills for cost and schedule performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review, plan and schedule submarine maintenance activities.
• Document sequence of works, durations and resource requirements.
• Develop project schedules and identify critical paths.
• Monitor and control activities through planning and execution.
• Update activity information and status from multiple sources.
• Re-schedule activities in consultation with stakeholders.
• Communicate trends to Project Manager and team.
• Provide detailed schedule analysis for stakeholders.
