Job summary

KBR in Adelaide, SA is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler/Planner to develop and manage integrated project schedules for a major utilities program. You will drive schedule performance, forecast outcomes and provide reporting to project leadership and clients.

Working with Project Managers, Engineering teams and stakeholders, you will establish baselines, run critical path analyses, model scenarios and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management.
• Extensive planning/scheduling experience in Utilities, Infrastructure or Major Capital Projects.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills including scheduling, resource loading and forecasting.
• Experience leading planning on complex multi-disciplinary programs.
• Strong schedule risk management, EVM and project controls reporting.
• Ability to interpret complex data to support decisions.
• Stakeholder engagement with project leadership and client reps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance and governance of integrated project schedules.
• Establish baselines, change control processes and scenario modelling.
• Conduct critical path analysis, schedule reviews and health checks.
• Drive schedule risk identification, mitigation and recovery planning.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules, forecasts and planning metrics.
• Deliver schedule reporting and progress updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment.
• Provide planning guidance to support project controls best practice.
• Mentor schedulers and planners as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across planning functions.
