Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Tech Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay. You will coordinate onshore and GCC offshore teams, govern design, configurations, data migration, and PRR activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires deep SAP SF expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery models across multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Role: Senior tech delivery Lead Role
