Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Tech Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for multi-country deployments. Based in Melbourne, you will lead onshore and offshore teams, govern design, integrations, and data migration, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

You will own release planning, testing, and PRR processes, while driving standardisation, automation, and governance across all delivery phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
• Proven delivery experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Compensation, and Variable Pay.
• Strong understanding of SF architecture, integrations, and data models.
• Hands-on configuration, releases, and production support.
• Experience managing distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Solid testing strategies, PRR processes, and release management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills, with ability to engage senior leadership.
• Experience in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
