Job summary

Accenture PLC in Australia is seeking a senior SAP Solution Architect to guide SAP technology solutions across deals, help shape strategy, and work with sales and delivery teams to co-create differentiated offerings.

You will translate client requirements into executable architectures, oversee RFIs/RFPs, mentor other architects, and drive value realization for clients while occasionally traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP delivery experience with a strong functional background.
• Minimum 3 years in SAP Solution Planning and Deal Shaping: pre-sales team or activities including RFP responses, scoping, estimation and solution presentations.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP industry experience in one or two major industries (Resources, Products, Financial Services, Health & Public Services, Communications, Media & Technology).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the technology solution offering to the client and internal groups during deals.
• Translate client requirements into a technology solution configured from offerings and assets.
• Drives sign-off on the technology solution and coordinates with delivery for transitions and costs.
• Solution Architecture & Deal Strategy: translate requirements into differentiated, deliverable SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to create win-ready solutions underpinning the client value proposition.
• Design and deliver compelling SAP solutions that differentiate us from competitors.
• Guide deal strategy with insights and Accenture's solution portfolio.
• Oversee RFIs and RFPs for accuracy and alignment.
• Lead complex sales cycles with solution advisors.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with executives.
• Communicate business outcomes and value realization from SAP solutions.
• Co-create solutions with clients and delivery teams; advise on integration strategies.
• Mentor fellow Solution Architects and share knowledge; build enterprise solutions with Accenture leads.
• Participate in solution discussions and client meetings; proactive and reactive deals.
