Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Principal OCM Transformation Consultant in Sydney to lead Organisational Change Management across complex programs, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will partner with executive sponsors to shape change strategies, manage adoption risks and drive sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience leading Organisational Change Management.
• Proven SAP transformation programs experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Engages executive stakeholders effectively and influences decisions.
• Experience designing governance, readiness and benefits realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organisational Change Management across large-scale transformation programs, including SAP initiatives.
• Design and deliver enterprise change strategies, adoption roadmaps and readiness plans.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define outcomes and manage adoption risks.
• Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning and adoption activities.
• Develop governance frameworks and dashboards to measure readiness and outcomes.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
