Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead complex software initiatives in a major Australian Government technology environment. The role emphasizes technical leadership across design, development, release and deployment with preferred experience in SAP S/4HANA, UI5, ABAP, Angular and Node.js.

The position offers onsite work initially, with hybrid arrangements possible after six weeks, and a contract duration of 12 months (up to 24 months).

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams in enterprise settings.
• Strong design, release and deployment experience.

• Experience in government or similarly large-scale organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex software development projects with technical direction, mentoring and guidance to engineering teams.
