Job summary

Transport For NSW in Macquarie Park, NSW, is seeking an experienced SAP Basis and infrastructure operations professional to ensure the Equip platform remains stable, secure, and available. You will coordinate system changes and performance monitoring to drive service efficiency.

You’ll lead security, compliance, and operational improvements, document processes, and provide trusted guidance to internal teams and vendors while maintaining accountability for daily priorities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.
• Experience coordinating technical changes, service requests and operational assurance.
• Knowledge across SAP solutions including S/4HANA, SRM, CRM, GRC, Gateway, BW, PO, Solution Manager, BTP and SaaS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SAP Basis and infrastructure operations.
• Coordinate technical service requests, system builds, configuration changes and environmental maintenance.
• Support security, operational and audit requirements and maintain technical documentation.
• Operate autonomously, providing trusted advice and making decisions that shape team outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day priorities, resolve issues and deliver high-quality outcomes.
