Job summary

Strata Results Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Change Manager for a 12-month contract in Melbourne. This senior leadership role designs and delivers the organisational change strategy across a large SAP implementation, ensuring readiness, adoption and business impact across functions.

You will partner with the Program Manager and executives to lead change management, communications and training, shaping stakeholder engagement and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Organisational Change Management.
• Proven experience leading change on multiple SAP transformation programs.
• Experience delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience supporting large enterprise business transformations.
• Strong understanding of ERP-enabled business process transformation.
• Experience working across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Corporate Services.
• Experience working with Executive Sponsors and Steering Committees.
• Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within complex multi-vendor delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the end-to-end Organisational Change Management (OCM) strategy.
• Produce and maintain the Change Management Plan throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define the business readiness framework and adoption strategy.
• Identify organisational impacts across people, process and technology.
