Zusammenfassung

NDIA is seeking an EL1 SAP Senior Business Analyst to join the SAP Support team. You will investigate enhancements and ICT projects related to SAP CRM and API changes, and apply business analysis, design and agile collaboration to improve Participant experience and Scheme effectiveness.

The role requires strong BA artefact development, Epics/User Stories, and stakeholder engagement across NDIA/OCIO ecosystems, with hybrid work options available (3 days in office, 2 days flexible).

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering business analysis artifacts for ICT projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into Epics and User Stories.
• Familiarity with SAP CRM and API change landscapes is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with technology partners and stakeholders to document business outcomes.
• Maintain domain expertise across NDIA/OCIO projects and legacy systems.
• Support basic project management activities including tracking and risk handling.
• Develop and manage BA artefacts such as Epics, User Stories, and UI requirements.
• Review and refine requirements with business and ICT stakeholders.
• Seek formal sign-off from Business, OCIO and solution providers.
• Coordinate testing of proposed enhancements where needed.
