Job summary

Softtest Pays Pty Ltd is seeking an EL1 Senior Integration Analyst to join the NDIA Technology Services Division. You will provide integration analysis, specification, design, and agile collaboration to enable development of ICT-based solutions for improved participant experience and scheme effectiveness.

You will draft Epics and User Stories, contribute to UX/UI inputs, and collaborate with stakeholders across DHS, vendors, and NDIA business units.

Qualifications

Experience drafting Epics and User Stories with acceptance criteria.
Facilitation of requirements workshops with stakeholders.
Ability to create AS-IS and TO-BE process diagrams.
Knowledge of UX/UI input in product development.

Responsibilities

Maintain subject matter expertise within business domains relevant to NDIA/TSD projects.
Draft artefacts and documents including Epics and User Stories.
Review designs and specifications for alignment with business needs.
Coordinate with DHS, vendors and NDIA units for requirement sign-off.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with BA and UX/UI teams.
Create and refine business process diagrams.
Support stakeholder engagement and risk management.
