Job summary
IT Alliance in Canberra seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead large, complex Salesforce implementations. The role requires NV1 security clearance and a hybrid Canberra work arrangement.
The candidate will drive enterprise architecture across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform (Lightning, Apex, LWC), oversee data model design, security, integrations, and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with government clients under IRAP/PSPF controls.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect leading large, complex enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Deep expertise across the Salesforce platform – Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform (Lightning, Apex, LWC).
- Solution and technical architecture – data model design, security and sharing model, integration architecture (APIs, MuleSoft, middleware)
- Technical design authority – setting standards, reviewing designs and code, guiding development teams.
- DevOps / release management on Salesforce (CI/CD, environment strategy)
- Government security requirements – experience with Salesforce Government Cloud / Hyperforce, IRAP, ISM / PSPF
- Strong stakeholder engagement – presenting architecture to senior executives and design authorities
