Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect / Senior Developer to own the enterprise Salesforce landscape, lead architectural design, and guide core engineering and platform evolution.

The role is hybrid and requires bridging architecture with hands-on execution, delivering scalable, secure Salesforce solutions, and aligning with governance standards. You’ll work with Apex, LWC, integration with GCP/AWS, and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Salesforce development with architecture/lead experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, asynchronous processing, Gov. limits.
• Experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Proven DevOps with Salesforce release management and CI/CD.
• Security, data governance, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures across core clouds.
• Lead hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flow Builder.
• Architect and optimize real-time and batch integrations with enterprise systems.
• Establish and enforce technical standards, CI/CD, and environment management.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and product owners to translate requirements.
