Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce transformations across Information Management, Integration & Data Architecture, and Multi-Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations, enterprise architecture, complex integrations, modern UI technologies, and GenAI capabilities.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Salesforce / CRM technology.
Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
Experience with Lightning Development and LWR Sites.
Apex, JavaScript, LWC and Trigger Framework expertise.
Integration and Data Architecture experience.
Service Cloud Voice, Omni-Channel and Digital Engagement incl. Chat/SMS/Voice/WhatsApp.
Low-Code vs Pro-Code understanding.
Large-scale, highly integrated Salesforce solutions experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Design Thinking mindset.

Responsibilities

Design scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
Lead Integration, Data Architecture and Multi-Cloud solution design.
Develop architecture artefacts: principles, patterns, data models, risks and recommendations.
Collaborate with Business, IT, Developers, Designers and Testers to drive decisions.
Guide delivery teams; review designs and provide troubleshooting.
Provide hands-on guidance across Apex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript and data modeling.
