Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end Salesforce transformations across Information Management, Integration & Data Architecture, and Multi-Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations, enterprise architecture, complex integrations, modern UI technologies, and emerging GenAI / Agentic AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and organisational strategy.
• Lead Integration, Data Architecture and Multi-Cloud solution design.
• Develop high-quality Solution Architecture and Low-Level Design artefacts covering architecture principles, integration patterns, data models, risks, constraints and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business, Enterprise Architecture, IT, Developers, Designers and Testers to drive solution decisions.
• Guide Technical Delivery teams, review designs and provide technical troubleshooting support.
• Design solutions for large-scale Salesforce environments involving high-volume transactions, high availability, complex integrations and customer lifecycle platforms.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance across Apex, LWC, LWR, JavaScript, data modelling and Salesforce design patterns.
• Recommend appropriate Low‑Code vs Pro‑Code approaches based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead user journey preparation, user story reviews, fit‑gap analysis and solution design.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable Salesforce AppExchange products.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and SI partners.
• Support RFP analysis, proposals, demos, POCs and pre‑sales activities.
• Drive adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities within Salesforce solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce / CRM technology.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning Development and LWR Sites.
• Strong Apex, JavaScript, LWC and Trigger Framework expertise.
• Strong Salesforce Integration and Data Architecture experience.
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice, New-Gen Omni-Channel and Digital Engagement including Chat, SMS, Voice and WhatsApp.
• Strong understanding of Low‑Code vs Pro‑Code methodologies.
• Experience architecting large-scale, highly integrated and high‑availability Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration and complex problem‑solving skills.
• Design Thinking mindset.

Good to Have

• Marketing Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist / Agentforce Innovator Badge.
• Experience with GenAI and Agentic AI solutions on Salesforce.
• Experience in greenfield implementations and Salesforce enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, version control, environment and release management.
• Experience in process re‑engineering, requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Pre‑sales experience including RFP analysis, proposal creation, demos, POCs and defence presentations.
