Ashdown People is recruiting a Senior Salesforce Developer to support a NSW Government Salesforce project. Immediate Start to December 2026. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in office.

The role requires extensive Salesforce development experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration work to meet project delivery timelines. You will work within a fast-paced government environment, ensuring code quality through unit testing and leveraging CI/CD tools for automated deployments.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flows and migration of Processes and data models.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and external integrations.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Gearset for automated deployments and version control.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience ensuring code quality through comprehensive unit testing.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality development services meeting technical standards and architectural directions within tight timeframes and high volumes.
• Offer concise advice and manage potential problems in a dynamic, complex environment with conflicting user needs.
• Build a solid understanding of the complex application environment, election delivery processes and interdependencies.
• Keep technical skills current and adapt to new technologies and ways of working.
