Job summary

Peoplebank is sourcing a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a leading Australian Government organisation on a 12-month contract with hybrid work. Based in Geelong or Richmond, you will work at least three days in the office each week.

You will develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions (LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex), collaborate with analysts and delivery teams, and help drive secure, accessible digital services while aligning with platform standards.

Qualifications

• Experience developing Salesforce-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex, and platform configuration.
• Proven ability to develop Salesforce integrations via APIs.
• Experience delivering accessible digital services and inclusive design.
• Familiarity with source control and automated deployment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions (LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex) and configurations.
• Collaborate with analysts, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Contribute to secure, accessible, and maintainable digital services aligned with platform standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, release processes, and continuous improvement to boost quality.
• Support Salesforce integrations with external systems via APIs and established patterns.
• Use modern development tools to improve productivity and delivery efficiency.
