Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud and Apex solutions. The role supports Canberra-based delivery with flexibility for other states.

You will collaborate with business analysts, solution architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable digital services. Prior experience with APIs, accessibility and platform governance is desirable, including government or regulated

Qualifications

Experience with LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex and Salesforce configuration.
Experience developing integrations using APIs and contemporary integration patterns.
Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards throughout the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Develop, test and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and platform configurations.
Collaborate with business analysts, Solution Architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
Contribute to the development of secure, accessible and maintainable digital services that align with platform standards and business needs.
Participate in code reviews, testing activities, release processes and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and delivery outcomes.
