Job summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud and Apex solutions. The role supports Canberra-based delivery with flexibility for other states.

You will collaborate with business analysts, solution architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable digital services. Prior experience with APIs, accessibility and platform governance is desirable, including government or regulated

Qualifications

• Experience with LWC, Experience Cloud, Apex and Salesforce configuration.
• Experience developing integrations using APIs and contemporary integration patterns.
• Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards throughout the software lifecycle.

Skills required:

• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and contemporary integration patterns.
• Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards and inclusive design principles throughout the software development lifecycle

Desirable skills:

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including Integration Procedures, OmniStudio and related platform capabilities.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital services within government, regulated or highly governed environments.
• Experience across Salesforce platform capabilities such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and associated digital service platforms.
