Job summary

Davidson in Melbourne seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to manage, enhance and optimise the Salesforce environment, delivering secure, scalable solutions across Apex development, integrations and automation. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions and mentor peers within a regulated healthcare/service context.

The role supports multiple Salesforce orgs, governance and continual platform improvement, with hybrid and flexible working

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong Apex
• Experience developing and supporting Salesforce integrations
• Knowledge of Salesforce data management, security and access controls
• Experience designing and implementing workflows, automation and dashboards
• Strong stakeholder engagement to translate requirements into practical technical solutions
• Experience working within a complex or regulated environment
• Exposure to Health Cloud, Field Service, OmniStudio or OmniScripts would be highly regarded
• Experience across multiple Salesforce organisations, managed packages and third-party applications would be advantageous
• Previous experience within healthcare, medical, government, financial services or another regulated industry would be beneficial
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers would also be valued

About the Role

As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in managing, enhancing and optimising the Salesforce environment, delivering secure, scalable and practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Working across Salesforce development, administration, integrations and automation, you will:

About You

You will be an experienced Salesforce Developer who combines strong hands-on technical capability with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders. Ideally, you will bring:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management, security and access controls.

• Experience working within a complex or regulated environment.
