Job summary

Elysium Digital is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the discovery, design, and delivery of a Salesforce-based Case Management solution. You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation to capture requirements, analyse processes, define future-state workflows, and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

You will thrive in complex stakeholder environments, enable enterprise discovery work, and design sustainable business processes within a modern CRM

Qualifications

Proven BA with CRM or Salesforce project experience.
Experience documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionables.
Strong ability to model processes and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise discovery to gather and consolidate requirements across business areas.
Elicit, analyse, and document high‑level and detailed requirements and create BRDs and user stories.
Design future-state workflows and document business rules, triggers and decision logic.
Capture data, reporting and integration requirements; align Salesforce with enterprise systems.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews; build consensus across groups.
Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and prioritisation.
Develop test scenarios and assist SIT/UAT; support defect triage and resolution.
