You will collaborate with clients and project teams, guiding data architecture, integrations, and governance while mentoring others across the practice. This senior role requires Salesforce certifications and Australia work rights, with Sydney as a preferred base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years designing and delivering Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with nonprofit cloud, fundraising, marketing and integration patterns.
• Proven track record in estimations, planning and end-to-end architecture.
• Experience in pre-sales activities, solution design and demonstrations.
• Salesforce certifications with Architecture or Nonprofit Cloud preferred.
• Based in Australia (Sydney preferred) with valid work rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and solution design activities, defining Salesforce architectures.
• Develop and validate estimates, scope, dependencies, and risks.
• Lead client demonstrations and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Define and maintain overall solution architecture across components, data, and integrations.
• Provide architectural governance during delivery and resolve blockers.
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice development and enablement.
