Job summary

Simone Pérèle Australia is seeking a proactive retail associate for a casual role in our premium store. You will deliver warm, expert fitting experiences, support sales targets, and keep the floor visually appealing and well-stocked.

No lingerie experience is required as full product training is provided; you will join a close-knit team with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and fit customers with warmth and genuine care, delivering an elevated, expert fitting experience every time.
• Support the Store Managerin hitting store sales budgets and individual sales targets.
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and a floor that's always customer-ready.
• Assist with stock handling, replenishment and general day-to-day store presentation.
• Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
