Job summary

Panettiere Builders Pty Ltd is seeking a Safety Manager for a 31-level high-rise project in Newstead, Brisbane. You will lead the site WHS function, implement the Safety Management Plan and drive a culture that prioritises safety across trades, supervisors and management.

The role requires a Certificate IV in WHS (or higher) and 5+ years in construction safety, with hands-on HammerTech and Procore experience. A competitive salary plus long-term career growth is offered.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in WHS or higher is required.
• 5+ years as a safety professional in construction, including high-rise projects.
• Hands-on experience with HammerTech and Procore is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WHS function on site and drive a Safety First culture.
• Maintain site WHS Management Plan in line with WHS Act 2011 (Qld).
• Conduct inspections, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety committee meetings.
• Coach site supervisors and ensure close-out of all actions from audits and reports.
