DT Infrastructure in NSW is seeking a dynamic Health & Senior Safety Advisor to lead WHS on a major solar farm project in the Upper Hunter Valley. Reporting to the Project Safety Manager, you will ensure safe work practices are embedded across management, site teams, and subcontractors.

Based on a site-based DIDO roster, you will conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, review SWMS for high-risk activities, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining robust safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or Cert IV in WHS with strong civil construction experience.
• 5+ years WHS experience in civil construction, tunneling, rail or tier-one infra.
• White Card (General Construction Induction) and NSW Driver's Licence; ICAM training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on WHS coaching and support to site teams.
• Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead inductions, toolbox talks, and pre-start meetings.
• Review SWMS for high-risk activities and lead incident investigations.
• Maintain safety documents, incident registers, and weekly safety metrics.
